Back to School Edition

Everyone in our house returns to school again.  Brooklyn, a freshmen, will be studying at home, as well as returning to the Christian Education Consortium (CEC) for Algebra, English Lit, Biology, and Spanish this year. She has really enjoyed taking classes with CEC and building friendships with classmates. Brooklyn is returning to serve in various leadership roles for kids programs on the campus of Southern Seminary. Additionally, Brooklyn will be taking a cake decorating class to improve her skills in an area she really enjoys.
She has baked and decorated cakes and cupcakes for different occasions this year for several customers from our church and community. She also has enjoyed the money she earns.
